A Jurassic twist on our Rutland Dry.  Classic, smooth dry gin with subtle hints of acorn and floral notes.  Perfectly balanced with juniper and citrus to finish.  The gin is macerated with butterfly pea flowers to create the rich blue colour.  Watch the magic happen as you add your favourite mixer!
